2.4. Admission procedure - 1st year Degree - Resident outside EU and without "Etudes en France"

To apply for a 1st year of Degree in a French university, please use the procedure of demande d'admission préalable blanche (DAP blanche). It is compulsory for foreigners who live outside of the EU and whose country do not apply the "Etudes en France" procedure.

Procedure for 2023-2024 opens on October 1st, 2023.
Deadline to send your application: December 15th, 2023.
 

*Exceptions : EU citizen, French or European bac, already registered in a French Institution of Higher Education in 2023-24, stateless person, refugees, under subsidiary protection, asylum seekers, children of diplomats residing in France, BGF and BEO (French government grant holders).
