General guidelines
1. Transcript of records
- The transcript of records is the official document issued by the UT, listing the courses you were registered to during your international mobility of studies, as well as the corresponding results you have obtained after the examination.
- The transcript of records is available one month after the end of your stay.
2. Survey
- In order to improve the welcome reserved to international exchange students at the UT, concerned students will receive a student satisfaction survey at the end of their international mobility on behalf of the International Relations Office.
- For students who have conducted an international mobility of studies as part of the Erasmus+ programme, please note that the International Relations Office's survey is different from the survey you will receive directly from your national Erasmus+ agency, for which you have the obligation of answering in order to finalise your file.
3. UT ambassador
Your French adventure has been extraordinary, but unfortunately everything must come to an end.However, you are now an international alumni, and as such, you are now ambassadors and represent the UT at your home university!
Students from your home university may be preparing for their moblity in Tours: let them benefit from your experience !
