1. Online pre-registration

As a result of the official nomination from your home university, we will send you a confirmation e-mail containing the necessary instructions for a successful application. The online pre-registration is the first step of the administrative registration procedure at the University of Tours as an international exchange student.

Please consult the online pre-registration procedure, where you will find all the necessary steps to follow, as well as the link to the Mobility Online platform, the tool used for your pre-registration. – French version
This procedure is exclusively aimed at international exchange students  who have been officially nominated by their home university for realizing a study mobility at the University of Tours.

You will need the following documents in order to complete your online pre-registration:

• Passport or ID card
• ID Photo
• European health insurance card or private health insurance (personal or provided by your home institution)
• Learning Agreement

Please note that a room in a university residence shall be requested at the same time as the online pre-registration (see procedure- part 2. Accommodation).

For exchange students, the request for accommodation should be sent directly to the International Relations Office, along with your pre-registration form.
