The Eiffel Program is proposed by the French Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs to French higher education institutions to help them attract elite overseas students (Master level).

Applicants must:
- have foreign citizenship exclusively;

Application files have to be filled in and submitted by the university.
Please contact the head of the Master’s which interests you and explain your application. If he/she accepts your application and wishes to present it to the Eiffel scholarship programme, he/she will complete the Eiffel file with all the information that you will provide and will send it to the International Office before the deadline that we have set for our university (to forward to the Ministry of foreign affairs and international development).
