BACHELOR Philosophy

The degree, with philosophy as the majoring subject, provides students with a range of fundamental disciplinary knowledge, relating firstly to the major fields of philosophical questioning and to the concepts that this instigate and, secondly to the variety of works and traditions of philosophical thought. Furthermore, it provides students with a range of technical skills that may be applied to the work of this discipline, yet without ever being limited to the discipline: students pursuing these studies should be open-minded, curious to learn about all forms of human thought and action, able to apply their sense of analysis and of reflection.
