UEL School, languages, cultures
How do schools integrate children who speak other languages or who come from other cultural backgrounds? How can schools, and more specifically the teachers, manage this linguistic and cultural plurality so that it is advantageous for all the children?

To take these questions into account, we will use the work carried out by school sociolinguists, sociologists, didactics experts and ethnographers, as well as case studies and examples of activities implemented in classrooms.

This free-choice module will be of interest for all students who intervene or who wish to intervene in the educational field (teachers in primary and secondary schools, classroom assistant, socio-cultural worker, etc.). It may also be of interest for those wishing to pursue their studies further and follow a Masters in teaching careers.
